Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPNYet uses data when providing subscription services, processing orders and maintaining the website. Analytics for the marketing website and network connection content are separate data categories; please read the relevant sections below. See the Terms of Service for subscription fulfillment and refund rules.

Account Data and How It Is Used

No email address is required to create a VPNYet account; a username and password are sufficient. Account identifiers and authentication data are used for sign-in, identifying subscription entitlements and handling account operations. An email address is not required for registration; do not use personal information that should remain confidential as your username.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status and associated transaction identifier. They are used to confirm payment, deliver subscriptions, verify data allowances and process refunds. Usage summaries support plan billing and allowance displays; they are not browsing records.

When a support ticket is submitted, VPNYet processes the text and attachments provided by the user to investigate the issue and respond. Please share only the error details needed, and do not submit passwords, full subscription links or sensitive payment credentials.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Information

VPNYet follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through the service or retain browsing content, destination URLs or connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Technical information processed in real time to route traffic during a connection is not retained as a long-term history of user activity.

Plan usage and order status are business records needed to deliver the service and do not include details of websites visited. If troubleshooting requires client diagnostic information, the purpose should be explained first. Users may redact account identifiers and subscription credentials before submitting information, and should not upload complete files containing unrelated personal content.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Analytics for the marketing website help us understand page views, referring pages, browser environments and entry-point clicks so we can review content and workflows. These metrics describe visits to this website, not records of other websites accessed through network acceleration connections.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sign-in status and save language preferences and necessary interface settings. Sign-in credentials are sensitive information; avoid staying signed in on shared devices. You can clear this website's cookies and local storage in your browser settings. After clearing them, you may need to sign in again, and related preferences will be reset.

Clearing browser data affects only information on your device; it does not automatically delete your server-side account or orders. To request account data deletion, submit a request as described below.

Third-Party Payments and Limits on Data Use

VPNYet supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, and its own data handling policy applies. VPNYet uses order-related information and payment results to verify transactions; users do not need to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.

Order, analytics and support ticket data are used only to deliver the service, perform necessary maintenance and meet applicable obligations. Where processing is carried out jointly, the data scope and access permissions should be limited. When data must be provided by law, the basis for the request should be verified, and only information necessary to meet the obligation should be processed.

Retention Periods and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and subscription entitlements. Order data is retained for as long as needed for reconciliation, refund processing and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and analytics are deleted or aggregated once their purposes have been fulfilled. This policy does not set a single retention period for all types of data, nor does the “never expires” rule for data packages mean that personal data is kept forever.

Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct or delete data through the support ticket portal, specifying the scope of the request. VPNYet will verify account ownership and explain what can be handled. Where there are open orders, disputes or legal retention obligations, relevant data must be retained until those matters are resolved; we cannot promise that all data will be erased immediately after a request is submitted.

Policy Updates and Privacy Questions

When this policy changes, the updated text and month will appear at the top of this page. Significant changes to processing purposes, data categories or user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Please review the updated information after receiving a notice.

For questions about data use, the no-logs policy or deletion requests, contact us through user panel support. Describe the relevant page or action and what you would like addressed. Avoid including unrelated sensitive data in your inquiry.
