Account & Subscription
Check your account and plan status before getting, importing or updating a subscription.
Do I need an email address to create an account? What if I forget my login details?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password, then save your login details in a trusted password manager. Make sure you are signed in to the right account: payment records, plan status and subscription details are all available there. Since account creation does not require an email address, email recovery is not a default option. If you forget your login details, first check the credentials saved in your browser or password manager. If you are still signed in on a device, keep that session active, then follow the instructions in the dashboard or submit a support ticket. Never share your password or include account credentials in screenshots when troubleshooting.
Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update it in my client?
Find your subscription link in the user dashboard after signing in; the marketing site does not provide active subscription links. First check your plan and data status, then open the subscription section and follow the instructions to import it into your client. To refresh the route list, select the relevant profile in your client's subscription or configuration settings and run an update. Check for error messages; menu names vary by platform. After updating, make sure the refreshed profile is enabled, then select a route and connect again. If the update fails, check that your local network can reach the dashboard and that the link is complete. Avoid importing duplicate copies of the same profile.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices? Which platforms are supported?
VPNYet supports unlimited simultaneous devices and works on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Switching devices alone does not require another purchase. Sign in to your existing account, check your plan status, then get the relevant client and subscription. Clients are available after sign-in on all platforms except iOS; check the dashboard for iOS access requirements. After importing the subscription on a new device, check that the profile is enabled, a route is selected and the system allows the client to establish a connection. Unlimited devices does not mean each device has a separate data allowance, so check your account usage in the dashboard before use. When retiring an old device, remove any saved subscription and account details securely.
Can I share my subscription link? What should I do if it may have been exposed?
Your subscription link provides the connection configuration for your account. Protect it like your login credentials: do not share it publicly, post it in group chats or upload it to a public repository. When troubleshooting an import issue, you can describe the message shown by your client, but do not include the full link, QR code or a configuration file containing subscription credentials. If you suspect the link has been exposed, check the dashboard for a subscription reset option and follow the instructions. If you cannot find one, sign in and submit a support ticket. After the reset, replace the old subscription on your devices and update the configuration. Deleting the link locally does not resolve exposure on the server, and changing your account password does not prove the subscription link has been invalidated.
Connections & Troubleshooting
Check your local network, configuration, route and target app in that order. Change one condition at a time.
My client says it’s connected, but websites won’t load. What should I check first?
A “Connected” status only indicates that the connection process has reached a particular state; it does not confirm that a specific website is accessible. Disconnect and check that your local network can load a website you normally use. If it can, make sure the correct profile is enabled, a route is selected and your system allows network connections. Then test a regular website and the target site separately to see whether all access is affected or only one service. If the issue persists, try updating your subscription and switching routes, changing one setting at a time. When submitting a support ticket, describe the steps you took and the error message rather than sending only a screenshot showing “Connected.”
Why does my browser work, but a particular app doesn’t use the proxy?
Browsers and apps may use different network paths, so a working browser does not mean every app follows the same connection rules. Check whether your client is using rule-based routing or another mode, then look for app exclusions, direct-connection rules or differences in system proxy settings. Available options depend on the client. If it offers system-wide traffic routing, check the required permissions as instructed; do not run multiple network-routing tools at once. After making changes, fully quit and reopen the affected app so it does not keep using an existing connection. If only that app fails, also check its account region and service messages rather than assuming every error is caused by the route.
Subscription import fails or the route list is empty. How can I troubleshoot it?
If importing fails or the route list is empty, first check your account, plan and data status in the dashboard. Make sure the copied subscription content is complete and that you have not mistaken a regular webpage address for a subscription link. Confirm that you are using the client provided for your platform and follow the dashboard instructions for the appropriate import method; an incompatible configuration format can also cause errors. If your device has other profiles with similar names, identify the one in use before updating the correct subscription. Avoid deleting a profile that still works. If you need help, note the error message and where it occurred. Hide links, QR codes and credentials in screenshots, and never send the full configuration file publicly.
My connection keeps dropping or won’t recover after sleep. What should I do?
Disconnections may be related to a change in local network, device sleep, background restrictions or route status. Start by identifying when they happen. If the issue occurs only after waking your device or switching networks, check that the client is still running, disconnect and reconnect, then see whether the system restricts its background activity. Follow your platform’s prompts before changing permissions. If the connection also drops during continuous use, stay on the same network and compare another route and another app to see how widespread the issue is. Avoid changing multiple network settings at once. In your support ticket, include your device platform, route, whether the issue followed sleep or a network change, and what you did to reconnect.
Speed & Routes
100+ countries / 180+ routes. Identify the target service’s region, then compare performance on your network.
Video buffers during peak hours. Should I switch routes or upgrade my plan first?
When video buffers during peak hours, troubleshoot the connection path before upgrading your plan's data allowance. Pause downloads, syncing and other bandwidth-heavy tasks, and make sure your local network is working normally. Then compare different routes using the same video and quality settings. Use the route types and regions shown in the dashboard to guide your tests, and note which paths work better on your current network. A larger data allowance addresses data needs; it does not guarantee faster routes. If the issue affects only a particular video platform, check its service messages too. If the problem continues, submit a ticket with the time, region, route and observed behavior instead of changing every setting repeatedly.
How should I choose between IEPL, relay and direct routes?
IEPL, relay and direct describe different connection paths; the names alone do not tell you which will be fastest on your network. A direct route generally relies more directly on the path from your local network to the destination exit. A relay adds a forwarding step, while IEPL involves a dedicated link arrangement. Actual performance still depends on your access network, the exit and the destination service. First identify the region required by the service, then compare available routes on the same device, network and task while keeping other settings unchanged. Check the route labels in the dashboard, and do not assume one type is always best for every situation. For more on how to choose, see the route notes on the server page.
Which regions are covered, and how can I tell whether a service is available?
VPNYet covers 100+ countries / 180+ routes. Check the dashboard for the regions and routes currently available. Coverage in a region does not mean every third-party service there will allow access; a service may also check your account region, exit address and its own access rules. Before choosing a route, check the service’s regional requirements, test using an exit in the relevant region and note any error messages. Do not assume that a route name guarantees access to a particular streaming library or AI tool. If switching routes does not help, distinguish between a connection failure, insufficient account permissions and a region restriction. Use the specific message to find a relevant guide or submit a support ticket.
Why is real-world performance still slow when connectivity tests look fine?
Connectivity tests reflect a particular destination and route; they do not represent sustained performance across every app. Real-world access can also be affected by local Wi-Fi, background tasks, destination server load, content delivery and the exit path. To troubleshoot, keep the device and network the same while comparing routes with the same task. Then try another everyday task to see whether the issue affects only one service. There is no need to repeat large downloads just to compare performance. Check data status in the client and dashboard to rule out usage-related issues. When reporting results, describe page load times, playback buffering or transfer interruptions; this is more useful than a test result on its own.
Billing & Refunds
Check pricing, reset rules and order details separately. Contact support about payments and refunds through the account used to purchase.
How much is a monthly plan? When does data reset, and how is an upgrade calculated?
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before choosing a plan, check your current usage and consider your usual browsing, video and work needs. Different tiers do not guarantee different speeds. To check your reset date, use the plan details shown in the dashboard rather than assuming it follows the calendar month. To upgrade, review the available options and checkout details in the dashboard before proceeding. If an order does not match your expectations, keep the order record and submit a support ticket; do not try to fix it by paying again.
What’s the difference between a data package and a monthly plan?
Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data lasts until it is used and never expires. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. If you use the service regularly and your usage is fairly steady, compare your needs with a monthly plan’s allowance. If your usage is intermittent, consider how a data package fits your pattern. The key difference is how long data remains available and whether it resets; do not assume unused monthly data carries over indefinitely. If you already have a plan and want to switch or add another product, first check the dashboard for details about your existing benefits and orders. If package stacking or data deduction rules are not specified, confirm them through a support ticket rather than guessing before placing an order.
Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my plan doesn’t appear after payment?
We accept Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Create an order in the dashboard and use the payment details shown for that order. Do not use payment details from another order or from someone else. If your plan does not appear after payment, check the original order status and payment record. Make sure you are signed in to the account used to place the order, then refresh your account overview to check your benefits. Do not pay again just because the change is not visible yet, and never share full payment credentials in public discussions. If the status still does not match, sign in and submit a support ticket with the order, payment method and message shown on the page. Hide unrelated personal information in any attachments; continue handling the issue through the ticket system.
How do I request a 60-day no-questions-asked refund, and what information do I need?
VPNYet offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, first review the full refund terms, then sign in to the account used to make the purchase and use the dashboard’s support ticket option to state that you want a refund. Include the relevant order details so the payment and benefits can be verified. If you have connection issues, you can include the troubleshooting steps to help identify the problem, but a detailed fault report is not a prerequisite for a no-questions-asked refund. Follow up through the ticket system; do not share your subscription link, account password or full payment credentials publicly. Eligibility, progress and refund outcome are subject to the terms and ticket review. No fixed processing time is stated on the page, so do not assume one or rely on another service’s policy.
